📌 General Information- By requesting a commission, the client agrees to all the terms described below.- These terms may be updated at any time. We recommend reviewing them before each new request.💰 Payment- Payments below $15 are made all at once, above that amount it is half before and after.- I do not accept payments only after sketch.- Payments only by Paypal or PIX- I will need your email to send the invoice via PayPal.🕒 Deadlines- Delivery times vary between X and Y business days, depending on the complexity.- Delays may occur for personal or technical reasons, but the customer will be notified.🖼️ Creation Process- The client will receive an initial draft for approval (after payment).- After the draft, up to two free changes are allowed. Additional changes will incur an additional fee.- Significant changes after the final artwork is finalized are not permitted.🚫 Usage Rules- The artwork is for personal use only, unless previously agreed upon for commercial use.- It is prohibited:- Reselling, profiting from, or using the artwork in products without authorization.- Removing my signature or claiming authorship.- Using the artwork in NFTs or AI.📢 Artist's Rights- I retain the copyright to the artwork.- I can publish the artwork in my portfolio or on social media, unless anonymity is requested.- The client can repost the artwork with due credit.
